About Us

The initiative stems from the personal experience of Cecilia Herrera, an industrial civil engineer and entrepreneur, who discovered a unique source of values, vision, and future prospects in the road transportation industrial sector.

Cecilia Herrera’s decades of experience as the founder and manager of a road haulage company in northern Italy have allowed her to gain an insider’s understanding of the lives of truck drivers, the current reality of the sector, and its future prospects. This has enabled her to conceive this project, where humanity and technology come together in a strong commitment to giving new value and relevance to the driving profession in the world of 5G, sustainability, and intermodality.

But a great task requires great players and specialists, and for this reason, Rosy Falcone, an authority in the world of coaching, creator of innovative methodologies with proven effectiveness in the worlds of competitive sports, pharmacies, and the medical sector, among others, and a mentor to high-level entrepreneurs, was invited to join the team. She understood and shared the proposed challenge, which, with her methodologies and expertise, she helped shape and transform into a concrete reality.

Recognizing that the proposal has great value beyond Italy’s borders, the project was completed with the addition, at the management level, of the talents of Rose Marie Redondo, who brought with her in-depth knowledge of the world of airline pilots, bringing new methodological insights along with extensive experience in team leadership and the development of successful business strategies, to be implemented for the development of the initiative in Spain.
